Draws on therapeutic models such as Compassion Focused Therapy, Body & Physiology focused work, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and trauma-informed therapies. Evidence-based Personal/Professional development coaching available. Takes a structured, goal-oriented approach whilst ensuring attunement to your needs throughout.

Modes: In-person, Telehealth, Walking Therapy (on request), Home Visitation for eligible clients.

Tuesdays 9am-3pm

Alt. Wednesdays 2pm-8pm

Clients through Medicare recieve a rebate of $145.25 for in-person/telehealth & a rebate of $169.95 for Off-site consultations.

There is a surcharge for after hours consultations (5pm-9am and weekends). Please contact Bird Psychology for the most updated session rates.

Session costs are revised annually.
